Warranty

Pour Luxury products come with a limited lifetime warranty.  Our products are warranted to be free from material defects and workmanship.  Our warranty only covers product replacement and does not warrant a refund.  Products that are found to be defective under normal use and care will be replaced with the same or a comparable product at Pour Luxury’s discretion.

30-day Pour Luxury guarantee

In the event your product is is not functional within 30 days and is not the result of improper use or care, we may replace the product based on:
If your product is damaged upon arrival
If your product does not operate as aspected
If your product wobbles due to an unbalanced bottom rubber padding
If your product has a “rattle” inside the insulation

What is not covered under our warranty:

Pour Luxury products purchased from unauthorized retailer
Exterior damage due to improper care, usage, and time
Products used for commercial purposes
Dropped/dented products, as well as any other physical damage
Lost products or accessory parts
Damaged packaging
Please note: Putting your products in the freezer and/or dishwasher that are not advised based on care instructions, voids the warranty.

*After 30 days we do not warranty any accessory items that begin to wear from normal usage. Replacement parts are available for purchase in our online accessory store.
